So, I have availability on Tuesday (11th) for either 2 1 hour appointments or 1 full body lymphatic drainage appointment at 1pm.or 2pm.

I really cannot get over only having a 1 hour slot available next week! I have room for two Reiki sessions at 30 min or 4pm on Wednesday 12th!

Make sure you are practicing good self care. Burnout is a real thing and the recovery time can be up to 3 years... yes, 3 years!

Take time for yourself, rest, even if its only an hour with me!

You are important too!
