Burnout doesn’t always look like falling apart.
Sometimes it looks like answering emails with a smile while feeling completely empty inside.

You stop resting because you think you haven’t “earned” it yet.
You keep pushing because slowing down feels guilty.
And somewhere along the way, survival starts masquerading as ambition.

Burnout is not a badge of honor.
Being constantly exhausted is not proof that you’re working hard enough.

Rest is productive. Boundaries are healthy. And your worth is not measured by how overwhelmed you are.

Take the break.
Drink the coffee slowly.
Log off when you need to.
The world can wait a minute.

✨ Struggling with aches, pains, stiffness, or recovering from an injury? Did you know APPI Physio-Led Pilates could help? ✨

Many people are surprised to learn that I offer APPI Physio-Led Pilates classes every week.

Developed by physiotherapists, APPI Pilates is an effective, evidence-based form of exercise that is often recommended by GPs, consultants, and surgeons to help manage pain, improve strength, restore movement, and support recovery from injury.

I currently teach six classes every week, catering for a range of abilities and needs. Whether you’re looking to improve your core strength, manage back or joint pain, recover from an injury, or simply move and feel better, there’s likely a class to suit you.

Not sure if a group class is right for you?

I also offer private 1-to-1 Pilates sessions. These are ideal if you’re feeling a little nervous about joining a class, have a specific injury or condition, or would like some extra support before moving into a group setting.

My goal is to help you build confidence in your movement, improve your strength, and get back to doing the things you enjoy most.
