I can’t believe my little girl starts high school today. 🥹 Where does the time go?

It really feels like the start of a brand new era, not only for her but for me too. So please be gentle with me… I may be feeling a little bit delicate at the moment! 😂❤️

But I know she’s absolutely going to smash it. She’s ready, and I’m so excited to see what this next chapter brings for her. 🥰

And then there’s my son going into Year 11… HOW is that even possible?! GCSEs next summer! 😭

Honestly, where have my babies gone? ❤️

Why I still have my own treatments

People sometimes ask me,

“You do this for a living - do you still need treatments yourself?”

Absolutely.

I lift. I twist. I bend over clients all day.

And I’m also a mum.

If I don’t stay on top of my own alignment and stress levels, I feel it in my neck, my shoulders, and eventually headaches return.

Having regular treatments isn’t a luxury for me.

It’s maintenance.

I can’t pour from an empty cup.

And I truly believe in practicing what I offer.

Looking after myself allows me to show up fully for you.

Because if we’re still doing the things that contribute to the tension… one treatment won’t magically fix everything.

Consistency creates lasting change. 💛

Today marks 10 years since I started my little business, and I honestly can’t believe I’m saying that! 🥹❤️

I’m so incredibly grateful to every single person who has supported me, trusted me, recommended me, booked with me and helped my business grow over the years.

What started as a little dream has become something I’m so proud of, and I genuinely feel so lucky to do what I love every day.

✨ 10 Years in Business – Why I Started ✨

People often ask how I became an acupuncturist... and the truth is, I never planned to!

After having my second child, I suffered with constant headaches and migraines for three weeks. Painkillers weren't helping, so I decided to visit a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner.

It was my first experience of acupuncture, cupping and kore therapy, and I was amazed. My headache disappeared after just one treatment, and I knew I had found something special.

The very next day I booked onto the same courses, and that one appointment completely changed the direction of my life.

Now, 10 years later, I feel so grateful to have helped so many people through Traditional Chinese Medicine. I love treating the whole person and not just the symptoms - helping people feel healthier, happier and more like themselves.

Sometimes the most unexpected moments lead you exactly where you're meant to be. 💛
