Hey I'm Harriette ‘Your Friendly Breathing Coach'
I am a women’s breathing coach and breathwork practitioner with a passion for giving women the breathing tools they need to get their breath back on their side and feel calm, vibrant and energised every day. With many breathing modalities only using science based on male bodies, I am breaking the mould using research and my experience to build practices that are female focused. This includes education on how women’s physiology effects breathing and a deep focus on how hormones change breathing patterns. I do this through my signature 1:1 programme 'The Freindly Breathing Programme' The Friendly Breathing Programme will teach you step by step how to overcome breathlessness and stop feeling like your breath is against you. It’s designed to help you build a daily breathing ritual in 14 weeks so that you can breathe easily, sleep well, feel calm and boost your energy now and into the future. Embracing my shifting state of being through my cycle was made so much easier when I connected it to the out seasons and to my breath.

Now get outside, take a few slow breaths and connect to what is (trying not to judge yourself)
