CORE + PELVIC FLOOR REHABILITATION
Is a 6 week progressive exercise course focusing on reconnecting & strengthening the deep core & floor after pregnancy.
This rehabilitation course is an essential first step for all new mums, to strengthen the insides before returning to traditional exercise.
FUNCTIONAL CORE STRENGTH
Is an advanced level 6 week course.
This is a more challenging course for mums who have already rehabbed the core & floor.
It combines core strength exercises with full body mobility and low impact exercises.
Perfect for those hoping to return to high impact sports or strengthen for motherhood!
