🧡💫 Find a Moment of Peace with Meditation on Twin Hearts 🧡💫

This morning we gathered for another beautiful Meditation on Twin Hearts session here at The Savvy Herbalist Apothecary in the Olde Watermill Shopping Village, Barton-le-Clay.

It was a truly calming hour of stillness, connection and gentle healing. 💚

But what is Pranic Healing?

Pranic Healing is a gentle, non-touch energy healing system that works with the body's natural energy, or "prana" (also known as life force). It is based on the idea that by cleansing and balancing our energy, we can support our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

Meditation on Twin Hearts is a guided meditation that focuses on opening the heart and crown energy centres, encouraging peace, compassion and loving-kindness for ourselves and others. Many people experience: ✨ Reduced stress and anxiety ✨ Greater mental clarity ✨ Emotional balance ✨ A deeper sense of inner peace ✨ Improved overall wellbeing

Whether you're completely new to meditation or already have a regular practice, everyone is welcome.
