Looking forward to hosting the meditation session at Hitchin Spiritual Church on Sat 12th September. Everyone welcome to come along. We will be doing some shorter meditations including a heart center meditation followed by the usual longer drum meditation.

Doors will open at 1.30pm and we will start at 2pm 🙂🙏

The exchange is £10 per person.
