People think they choose an exercise class because of the timetable, the location or the workout.

But they stay because of the way someone makes you feel 🤩

Because let's be honest, there are plenty of places you could move your body.
What keeps you coming back is usually the connection you feel with the person teaching.

🔸Sometimes it's cos they relate to your injury.
🔸Sometimes it's cos they've walked a similar path.
🔸Sometimes it's because they genuinely care about how your week has been.
🔸And sometimes it's because they're just as silly as you are and an hour's workout feels it in the abs days after from laughing.

The truth is, most of us don't need another fitness expert shouting instructions from the front of a room.

We need someone who makes us feel comfortable enough to show up exactly as we are.

Tired.
