Part of delivering high-quality care is making sure our team has the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond when it matters most.

Our carers are trained in basic life support, helping to ensure they’re prepared to respond calmly and appropriately in an emergency.

While we hope these skills are never needed, regular training helps our team stay confident and equipped to assess each situation and take the appropriate action.

Because providing outstanding care isn’t just about supporting people every day—it’s about being ready for the moments no one expects. 💙

A huge thank you to the brilliant team at North Herts Police for joining our Dementia Friends 500 campaign and becoming Dementia Friends today. 💙

That's 10 more people who now have a better understanding of dementia and the small actions that can make a huge difference to someone living with it.

In just one hour, you can change the way you see dementia, and learn simple actions that could make someone's day a little easier.

If your business, organisation, community group or workplace could spare an hour, we'd love you to get involved too. The sessions are completely FREE, can be delivered at your workplace or ours, and could make a lasting difference to the people you meet every day.
