Throughout the month, we received so many wonderful compliments, Carer of the Month nominations and messages of appreciation from both clients and colleagues.

From being recognised for outstanding care and compassion, to supporting new team members, going the extra mile and demonstrating exceptional teamwork, every compliment reflects the values we strive to deliver every single day.

Today we'd like to introduce Lauren, our Care & Service Coordinator.

Although Lauren has been part of the Lima Homecare family for just four months, she has quickly become an invaluable member of our team.

Working behind the scenes, Lauren is responsible for coordinating our care rotas, ensuring every client receives the right support, at the right time, from the right carer. Her organisation, attention to detail and calm approach help keep our service running smoothly every single day.

Lauren works closely with our clients, families and care team, making sure communication is clear, visits are well planned and our carers have everything they need to deliver outstanding care.
