Last night was one of those beautiful evenings where people came together, slowed everything down and simply shared a space.

No pressure to talk.
No need to do anything.
Just time to breathe, receive and be.

Sound.
Stillness.

✨️Reiki is a beautiful relaxing treatment that focuses on the balancing of your energy.

✨️Indian Head Massage can be offered seated or on the therapy bed. This includes a neck and shoulder Massage to release tension.

Both therapies are perfect for self care and are focused on your well being.
