What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing.
Based on the belief that a vital energy flows through all living things.
Practitioners use their hands to transfer “universal life energy” to the client.
The practice aims to remove energetic blockages and restore balance to the body.
It addresses physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being simultaneously.
The client remains fully clothed while lying down comfortably.
The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above specific areas of the body.
People often report feeling deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, or peace.
