Mindfulness is offered a lot nowadays and it can be a very beneficial practice ..

Why not learn from an experienced teacher, with 10 years meditation practice and trained by two schools of mindfulness.

What are you doing for your own self care ? Whatever it is may I suggest you completely engage with it .. not a half hearted eye on something else, or a “ I really should be doing something else attitude ..
whatever it is .. be completely in that moment .. and enjoy it.

My current obsession is crochet .. an just spending a few minutes each day being completely absorbed .. real supports my own mental health and wellbeing ..

One of my very strong beliefs is that is important to keep upskilling yourself when self employed. To this end I am very proud to announce that I have passed my advanced diploma in clinical hypnotherapy and as such can apparently add ADPR to letters after my name. Advanced practitioner means that I have carried out further detailed study, completed assessment questions, attended training and carried out a piece of research on an area that interests me.
This has been ratified by my professional body that ensures the highest standards of ethical practice so you can rest assured that I continue to offer the best service I can, meeting your needs.
