Today we’re celebrating everything that makes Yorkshire so special – the beautiful countryside, the warm-hearted people, the strong sense of community and, of course, the pride we all have in calling this wonderful county home.

We’re incredibly grateful to be part of the Holmfirth community and to have spent the last 17 years looking after so many amazing clients who have become friends along the way.

✨💙 A little favour…

We completely understand that life happens. Children get poorly, work runs over, cars break down, and sometimes appointments just can’t be helped.

All we ask is that if you know you can’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can. Even a few hours’ notice gives us the chance to offer that appointment to someone on our waiting list.

This week alone we’ve had 3 no-shows, while there are lots of lovely clients waiting for appointments. It’s heartbreaking to have empty treatment rooms when someone else would have been delighted to take that space.

Thank you to everyone who lets us know when plans change – we really do appreciate it more than you know. It helps keep our little business running and means we can look after as many people as possible. 💙✨

17 years today! 🎉💙

Back in 2009, we opened our doors in the middle of a recession to plenty of “it’ll never work” comments…

Well… 17 years later, here we are! 🥂

To our wonderful, loyal clients – thank you. Your support, kindness and trust have kept us going through every high and low, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Today is also extra special as it’s Jacy’s 30th birthday! 🎂 We’re so lucky she chose to bring Little Laser Company to Body & Sole. It’s amazing to think she was just 13 when we first opened our doors!

And finally, a huge thank you to Leanne, Sheila and Jacy. You make Body & Sole what it is, and I couldn’t wish for a better team to share this journey with.
