When there’s very little natural brow hair to work with, the goal is to recreate the look of eyebrows as natural as possible.

Using carefully placed hairstrokes, I can build the illusion of brow hairs, shape, fullness and texture where very little exists.

Proof that even with only a small amount of natural hair, it's possible to create brows that look like they were always there 🤍

This client had very little natural brow hair and previous eyebrow tattooing that had faded enough for me to create a fresh new set of brows. Can you tattoo through scars in the eyebrows?

In many cases, yes, once the scar is fully healed and the skin is ready. Scarring through the brows can leave gaps, uneven texture or areas where hair no longer grows. It’s often possible to tattoo through the scar tissue to recreate shape, add definition and help the brows look more balanced again.

Scar tissue can behave very differently to normal skin, so results and retention vary from person to person, but with the right approach, beautiful natural results are absolutely possible.

Originally, this scar was noticeable and stood out against the surrounding skin. After treatment it had healed beautifully, blended, softened and far less visible.

Two years on, it still looks just as consistent. The tone has held and it continues to blend naturally.

This is what matters with all cosmetic tattoo work not just the initial result, but how it heals and holds over time.
