Dr John Chope 1948-2026: A dedicated dentist, teacher, mentor and public servant, who made a lasting contribution to the profession over a remarkable 50-year career.

Dr Chope passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on 1 August 2026, after a five-month illness with pancreatic cancer.
