This fills my heart! ❤️

It wasn’t a comfortable feeling - not the act of hugging a stranger……the act of waiting to be hugged 🤗

I stood under this sign in Camden for what felt like an eternity! Plenty of people walked past, many of them not even making eye contact with me until this lady came with her arms open wide, a warm smile on her face and a beautiful energy surrounding her 🌈

She held me and trusted me to hold her back. It was wonderful! As we pulled apart from each other she pointed to herself and said ‘…from Spain…on holiday’. Then I did the same and said ‘…from the countryside…on holiday too’, and we laughed. We parted ways waving and smiling knowing we had shared something special 👋

I’m taking a break from my Pop Up Clinic in August because Jacky Regis and I are training hard for our Pub 2 Pub Marathon Hike on the 22nd August in support of Miss Kay's Bookstore’s CBP Mission and things are starting to get serious 🥾 💪🏻

But do not fear - I’ll be back at Rejuvee in September so keep you eyes peeled for a date to put in your diary 🙌

I was awake early enough to enjoy a lovely walk before my course started on Sunday, so I ventured out into the area around me and discovered the stunning Rosary Cemetery and Lion’s Wood Nature Reserve 🌳💗💫
