Ratatouille (leftovers from yesterday), served with orzo. I was introduced to orzo on holiday in Sicily, where it is affectionately known as 'baby pasta'. I believe because its given to youngsters as an easy intro to pasta, rather than because of it's size!

Anyone tried it? 🤔

Our latest collection raised money for Anglesey Hedgehog Rescue - an incredible £26.43 🥰 (most of this is the 5ps change from the weekly fee, high fibre bars, or magazine - so it's remarkable really). I matched it to make it up to £50, because I know how hard Sue works to help our cute, prickly pals 🦔

Hands up guys, anyone like me, and feel like you're winning at life when you've remembered to do your overnight oats? Cos it's a blimmin challenge in itself.

Its my favourite brekkie though!

40g oats in the bottom of a lidded tub. A single layer of frozen raspberries (important so they defrost and the juice plumps up the oats). Lastly, 1/3 tub of Alpro Vanilla. The World tub is 4 swips, and for me, that's a steal! Lid on. B**g in the fridge. Leave to do it's thing.. (you can thank me when you've tried it)

Well the weather ain't great, but my awesome Holyhead Slimming World and Llangefni Saturdays Slimming World Group have spread a little slimming world sunshine with another 22 bags donated to Cancer Research UK in Holyhead 😍. That's a whopping 45 purple bags so far and each one is worth approximately £30 (if memory serves me right!).

So, a HUGE thank you to my incredible members ❤️

We've gone from eating a Mexican style chick'n salad outside in scorching sunshine, to a curry n rice in front of the TV, as boats and fish float down the road outside the window ⛈️🌧⛈️

Food optimising is as flexible as the weather - and it's a good job lol!
