MENOPAUSE MASSAGE 🍃 ☘️

I am just in the process of launching my new Menopause Massage, having recently gained my qualification in this specialist treatment.

I've been a massage therapist for 8 years, and supporting women through menopause is something I've been asked about regularly. This treatment has been designed to help ease many of the common symptoms associated with menopause.

The massage is a gentle, flowing treatment that focuses on calming the nervous system while helping to relieve joint aches, temperature fluctuations, skin sensitivities, fatigue and sleep difficulties.
I have tools in place for cooling and warming the body depending on how you feel on the day.

As every woman's menopause journey is unique, each treatment is tailored to your individual needs. At your first appointment we'll have a consultation so I can understand your symptoms and create a massage plan that's right for you. Your treatment can also be adapted at each session as your symptoms change.

The Menopause Massage will be available from the beginning of August.
If you're interested, please let me know soon as I've already had lots of enquiries and appointments are filling up quickly.
Prices will range from £45 to £65, depending on the length of your treatment and the time needed in the treatment room.
