Indian Head Massage is a wonderfully relaxing treatment that focuses on the head, neck, shoulders and upper back, using massage and gentle acupressure techniques.

It can be particularly helpful for: 🌿 easing everyday tension in the neck and shoulders
🌿 helping to relieve headaches and feelings of stress
🌿 encouraging relaxation and a calmer mind
🌿 improving circulation to the head and scalp
🌿 leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed and re-energised.

Indian Head Massage has its roots in ancient Ayurvedic traditions and has been practised for thousands of years. It’s a lovely treatment when modern life has left you feeling like you need to press the pause button for a while.

I offer a 30-minute Indian Head Massage for £26 or an extended 45-minute treatment for £34.
