Okay people, we need your help.

We’re building the best evening schedule we can for our community, and we want to know when you would actually come through the doors.

Work. Dinner. Kids. Dark evenings. The sofa calling your name. We get it. 😂

So we’re looking closely at our autumn evenings and, more specifically, at the two best times for our hour-long classes.

This Thursday, 7:30–9pm, we’re going deep with our SOL Sessions: Yin & Release.

This entire session is dedicated to the back line of the body — think myofascial release on all those delicious trigger points through your glutes, lower back, spine, shoulders and neck, followed by long-held, deep Yin stretches to integrate, soften and release.

New to myofascial release? New to Yin? Perfect. This is a beautiful place to begin. 💫
