Hello everyone! 👋💗

I just wanted to pop on and apologise for being a little absent on here lately! I’m still very much here and have been keeping busy working away behind the scenes with my lovely lot💪🏼✨

I also enjoyed a week off last week and found some other fantastic local PA’s to cover for my clients that needed it so no one misses out on their visits 👌🏼

I have had a few enquiries recently, which I’m so grateful for! 🥰 At the moment, I’m fully booked, but I’ll be sure to post on here as soon as I have any spaces become available.

Thank you so much for all your continued support and for keeping me busy! 💕 It really is appreciated.

Wishing everyone a lovely week! 🌸☀️

Our incredible, inspiring Val has been awarded a BEM for her outstanding contributions to the Honiton Community by founding TRIP.

This recognition is so well deserved and reflects the dedication, compassion, and hard work Val has put into creating a service that has made a real difference to so many people’s lives over the last 30 years.

TRIP is an amazing community transport service that helps people stay connected, maintain their independence, and access essential appointments and activities. I see first-hand the positive impact it has, as several of the people I support regularly use the service and benefit greatly from the kindness and reliability of the volunteers.

We are all incredibly proud of you, Val. Thank you for everything you have done for our community, and congratulations on this wonderful, deserved and well-earned honour! 👏🎉💐

It’s been a busy few weeks and it has been fabulous! 🩵

From baking delicious treats and cooking meals, to deep cleaning, painting bathrooms, replacing toilet seats, gardening, house moves, dog walking and pet sitting – no two days are ever the same! 🧁🎨🌿🐾🏡

I’ve also had the pleasure of supporting clients out in the community, helping with day-to-day tasks, celebrating a special birthday, making ice lollies and providing all those little bits of support that often go unseen but make a huge difference. 🎂✨

Being a carer is about so much more than care alone – it’s about enabling people to live independently, stay connected, and enjoy life to the fullest.

Here’s to many more busy, rewarding days ahead! 😁💙

With the weather finally starting to warm up a little, everyone seems to be in full spring clean and organisation mode 🌸✨

A lot of my clients find these bigger tasks overwhelming — whether it’s deep cleaning those hard-to-reach areas, organising the home, tackling house move chaos, or even buying and building new furniture. That’s where I come in! 💪🏼😁

This week alone has included:
🧼 Deep cleans
📦 Packing and furniture building for a house move
🚗 Appointment runs & medication collections
🛍️ Collecting Facebook Marketplace finds
🐶 Plenty of dog walks
🍲 Lots of batch cooking
✨ Kitchen cupboard organising & cleaning
🧽 Carpet cleaning while one of my lovely ladies enjoys a holiday
🎱 Pubbing to play some pool
🪴 A spot of gardening
🎵 And having 50’s jazz car boogies 🕺🏽

…and honestly, the list could go on!

No two days are ever the same, and I’m so grateful to all my amazing clients for keeping me so busy and making this job so rewarding. 🤩❤️

I often show the fun days out, coffee trips and happy moments here on my care page — but there’s so much more that goes on behind the scenes that isn’t always posted 💙

What isn’t always seen is the emotional support, reassurance during difficult days, advocating for people’s needs, helping build confidence and independence, supporting with appointments, paperwork, routines, wellbeing and being a consistent familiar face someone can rely on.

A huge part of care is the patience, understanding and trust built over time — the moments that help someone feel safe, heard and supported. And not to forget the laughs we have every day!

Not every part of care can or should be shared online, but it all matters just as much as the smiles and trips out ✨
I’m proud to provide support that goes far beyond what’s shown on a page.

We’ve been up to our usual antics, baking and crafting, bits of gardening now the weather is getting better, lots of dogs (of course) and a lovely gift of snapdragons for my garden from a clients family 😍🥰
