Auricular or Ear Reflexology is based on the idea that the ear, just like the hands and feet, is a micro system on which the entire body is ‘mapped’, in Reflexology terms, on the outer portion of the ear.
Auricular work is well researched and has been acknowledged for its effectiveness in helping with many health issues.
An extra aspect of working on the ears, is to identify specific areas on which to place Ear Seeds. I offer either Tourmaline or Titanium ear seeds. They can remain on your ear for 5-14 days to enhance the healing process.
Because the ears are so small an ear reflexology treatment can be performed in a relatively short time, which gives me the opportunity to include it within my foot and facial Reflexology treatments to enhance pain relief and natural healing👂🏼👣
