If you didn’t already know I have now moved to the pretty village of Awliscombe. Just a 5 minute drive north of Honiton My new treatment room offers a cozy space to relax and unwind.

Reflexology is more than just feet! 👣
When people think of reflexology, they tend to think it’s just for the feet! While the feet are indeed a primary focus in reflexology, the practice extends far beyond them. Reflex points are also found on the hands, ears and face that correspond to various parts of the body.

By applying pressure to specific points we can stimulate the body’s healing response in a targeted way 🙌🏼

I am currently fully booked until the end of June, however I do also operate a cancellations list.

Auricular or Ear Reflexology is based on the idea that the ear, just like the hands and feet, is a micro system on which the entire body is ‘mapped’, in Reflexology terms, on the outer portion of the ear.

Auricular work is well researched and has been acknowledged for its effectiveness in helping with many health issues.

An extra aspect of working on the ears, is to identify specific areas on which to place Ear Seeds. I offer either Tourmaline or Titanium ear seeds. They can remain on your ear for 5-14 days to enhance the healing process.

Because the ears are so small an ear reflexology treatment can be performed in a relatively short time, which gives me the opportunity to include it within my foot and facial Reflexology treatments to enhance pain relief and natural healing👂🏼👣
