Our new SystmConnect system launches on 19th August, and we'd love for you to come along to the surgery on the day.

Our team will be available to answer any questions and help you navigate the new system. The Digital Team will also be in the surgery, offering hands-on support and assistance.

PATCHS was provided to all Wakefield practices, but after listening to feedback from our amazing patients and our team, we’ve chosen a system that works better for our practice — and even better for you.
