September we are back indoor in Fairkytes at 7.30-8.30pm Mondays and Wednesdays. We will be working with the inner child 🤸‍♀️🙏💝 more to follow....

When you create your own sound journeys you can bring anything that sings to you into play. My favourite mantra about to show up in the next soundbath. Excited to use my voice & the bowls for this 🥰🥰🥰

Translation:
That (the unseen, infinite reality or divine) is whole and complete.

This (the seen, manifested universe) is also whole and complete.

From wholeness, wholeness comes forth.

Take wholeness from wholeness, and wholeness alone remains.

Om, Peace, Peace, Peace.

Or in a nutshell:

We are all one and the same. Nothing can change that and from knowing that, comes Peace.

Taking time out for yourself is not selfish. It is a basic human need.

We often think we dont have time, the energy, or the off switch to spend an hour with all that is. We can & absolutely must make time, and our nervous systems will thank us for it. Put your own 02 mask on 1st so you can pour from a full CHALICE of goodness 🥰🍷👊
