⭐ With just over three weeks to go, some of our amazing team are gearing up for the South Coast Ultra Challenge in aid of St Catherine’s Hospice. ⭐

On 5th September, we’ll be taking on a 43km trek from Hove to Arundel, supporting a charity that means so much to so many local families.

We set ourselves a fundraising target of £1,500 and we’re incredibly proud to have already reached £1,384. The generosity shown so far has been truly appreciated. 🥰

With the heatwave continuing 🌞 we’re reminding everyone how important it is to stay hydrated and look after yourselves. Even small steps make a big difference in this weather, especially for older adults and anyone with health conditions.

A few tips for the days ahead:
🔸Keep a cool drink nearby throughout the day and sip regularly
🔸Aim for water or squash rather than tea, coffee or fizzy drinks
🔸Enjoy hydrating foods like melon, oranges, cucumber and ice lollies
🔸If you struggle to drink enough, set little prompts or pair drinks with routine moments (medication times, meals, TV breaks)
🔸Check in on neighbours, friends or family who may find the heat more difficult

Our team is out and about supporting clients to stay safe and comfortable, and we hope you’re all managing as well as possible in this warm spell. 😎💜

If you or a loved one needs support through the night, our dedicated team is here to provide calm, reliable assistance whenever it’s needed most.

Whether it’s reassurance, personal care, medication prompts, or simply knowing someone is there, our overnight carers help people feel safe and comfortable at home.

We’re pleased to offer both Waking Nights and Sleeping Nights, giving families flexible support throughout the night.

Waking Nights
For clients who need regular assistance or close monitoring, our carer stays awake for the full shift, providing continuous support, reassurance, and timely responses to any needs that arise.

Sleeping Nights
For those who simply need someone present in the home, our carer sleeps on‑site and is available if support is required during the night.

Both options help people feel safe, settled, and well‑supported at home — and we currently have availability for new overnight care packages.
