We're so pleased to welcome Mark Luxford to the Broadbridge Park family as our new Customer Relationship Manager!
Mark brings a wealth of experience in social care and a genuine passion for supporting residents and families through what can be a big and sometimes daunting decision. We sat down with him to find out a little more about who he is and what he'll be bringing to the role.

Listening is key before any advice can be given. After that, I always take an empathetic and consultative approach, because every person is different and deserves a tailored, considered response.

Ultimately, it's the people. The team here get to know each resident as an individual, what they love, what they don't, and over time it really does feel like a second family. There's also real peace of mind in knowing that if your loved one ever needs additional support, it's there.

I'm really looking forward to getting out into the community, not only to promote the fantastic work Broadbridge Park does, but to see how I can support local businesses, charities and support groups, many of whom I already know from living locally. It's a wonderful home and I feel very proud to be here.

Spending time with family and friends and getting out and about as much as possible. Horsham and the surrounding areas have so much to offer. My passion is sport, mainly watching these days, alongside travel and food and drink.

I'm a qualified Ski Technician and entry level Basketball coach! I haven't practised either in recent years but I'm always happy to chat about them. In truth, I'm always happy to chat about anything. I love learning about people and their stories.
