These were my hero products of the summer. I can't tell you how many people have commented on my tan or how well I tan for someone with fair skin. It was mostly the facial spritz, a quick spray after my usual skincare routine over my face and chest really did give a sun-kissed glow. Hi everyone, it's high time I gave an update! I hope you had a fantastic hot hot summer! I don't think I will forget summer 2026 in a hurry. We had funerals, visits from down under, heatwave after heatwave and preparations for my eldest starting secondary school. It has been a lot - but with some very calm moments like in this photo!

I am so grateful for my little reflexology business and lovely clients that allow me to step back a bit when needed. But now I am ready to sink my teeth back into it and what I love about September is that feeling it brings.

So I am here if you simply need to relax, release tension, uplift your mood, boost your wellbeing or sleep better. And I can also help women at different milestones: trying to conceive, pregnancy, post-natal and menopause.

I have last minute availability tomorrow morning, just let me know if you would like to book in.

I'm back! While my heart is still heavy, I have been seeing some regular clients for the last few weeks and they have been lovely and it's really helped.

That said, as is usual for me over the school summer holidays, I will have reduced availability and a lot of my slots are already taken. Currently my availability is as follows:
- Fully booked this week
- WC 27th July 2 slots remaining
- WC 3rd August on holiday
- WC 10th August on holiday/fully booked
- WC 17th August 1 remaining slot
- WC 24th August 4 remaining slots
- WC 31st August normal availability resumes

I am also not taking on any new reproductive reflexology clients until September as it's quite involved and I won't have the capacity.

I will however always be available to chat Tropic or help with any orders.

I will be quiet on social media as I spend more time with my boys and visiting family but will be raring to go with everything come September.

Just a little update on my new favourite product... I am in love with Sun Spritz! It goes on after all your other skin care products, doesn't smell at all, and gives you such a healthy glow. I have had quite a lot of compliments, check out my before and after from just a couple of applications.

I have been sitting on these beauties all week as I haven't had a chance to post! I was lucky enough to get the Tropic New Season products at 50% off and I am so excited to try them. They are:
