I thought I knew. I really did. 😶

My mum talked about menopause openly. I grew up thinking I had a head start.

But nothing prepared me for how much things could shift and change.

😰 Always go, go, go.
🛑 Never stopping.
🧘🏼‍♀️ Never breathing.

Not realising what was actually happening in my own body.
