During my own menopause journey, I often found myself waking in the early hours feeling anxious and unable to switch off.

Looking back, I wish I'd understood more about what was happening and had some simple tools to help.

EFT Tapping became one of those tools for me.

I've written a new blog sharing some of my experience and how EFT can help calm anxiety during menopause.
