A fantastic first event for these lovely ladies, let them know if you’re interested! Zoe Davis is a qualified fitness instructor and linked with this has a passion on the importance of gut health so is running this free guthealth workshop in Norwich.
If you are available please join us... you are welcome to bring others!!
We will be giving lots of gut health handy info and tips. I have a gut health fun activity everyone can do on themselves so they can learn more about their own guts.
