Together, we can raise awareness of bladder cancer. 💙

Our team is proud to be supporting Bladder Cancer Awareness Month by wearing our Action Bladder Cancer UK wristbands and helping to spread an important message.

Bladder cancer is one of the most common cancers in the UK, and one of the key symptoms is blood in your urine (even if it only happens once). Recognising the signs early and seeking medical advice can make a real difference.

If you notice blood in your urine, don’t ignore it—contact your GP practice as soon as possible. Early diagnosis saves lives.

Let’s help raise awareness, encourage conversations, and support everyone affected by bladder cancer.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be supporting our local community by raising awareness of bladder cancer—helping people recognise potential signs and symptoms, encouraging early conversations, and signposting those who may need further medical assessment.

As community pharmacy professionals, we have a unique opportunity to engage with patients every day. Sometimes a simple conversation can encourage someone to seek advice earlier, and when it comes to cancer, early diagnosis can make a significant difference.
