What you experience during your treatment starts long before you walk through the door.
These are some of the quiet rituals I complete before welcoming you into the space…
✨ I check in with your world, not just your skin
Before your appointment, I revisit your notes and think about where you are in life right now. Have you been navigating a stressful season? Recovering from illness? Feeling depleted? I want to understand how you’re arriving, not just what your skin is doing.
✨ I prepare to ask the right questions
One of the first things I’ll ask is, “How are you really feeling?” and “Has anything significant been happening in your life lately?” Stress, grief, change, overwhelm, excitement, these all show up in the body and often in the skin too.
✨ I experience the room as though I were the client
I walk into the treatment room and view it through your eyes. Is everything feeling calm? Welcoming? Comfortable? Is there anything that feels out of place? I want the space to feel like an exhale the moment you enter.
✨ I gently clear the energy of the space
I sage the room between clients as a ritual of transition. It helps me create a sense of freshness and presence, allowing each treatment to begin with a clean slate.
✨ I pay attention to the atmosphere
The scent, the lighting, the temperature, the feeling of the room. These subtle details shape how safe and relaxed your nervous system feels before we’ve even begun treatment.
✨ I warm the treatment bed
A small detail that makes a big difference. Warmth helps the body soften, settle and feel cared for from the very beginning.
✨ I personalise the experience where I can
If I remember your favourite essential oil blend, I’ll often have it gently warming before you arrive. These little touches matter to me because they help transform a treatment into something that feels deeply personal.
I’m a detail oriented person which helps me to understand how to show up and create a positive impact on my clients well being. Because while facials are wonderful for the skin, the experience I want to create is one where you feel genuinely held, cared for and able to let go for a little while.
