ENERGY BALANCING with Shamanic Journeying to meet your Power Animal and Spirit Guides with discussion on the meaning of your Journey and integration work. Subsequently Journeys can be made to ask specific questions or to seek guidance from your Shamanic Guides
ANCESTRAL HEALING to remove patterns or help alleviate health issues which may be the result of generational or lineage trauma, behaviour or decisions.
SPACE HEALING involving the removal of heavy energy from your home or land
SHAMANIC COUNSELLING incorporating Shamanic Journeying and downloaded guidance from my Spirit Guides and Teachers to help you receive information and resolution of issues affecting your life
THERAPEUTIC WELLBEING which incorporates Meditation, Pranayama (BreathWork) Sound Healing and Yogra Nidra for deep relaxation and healing
