We're excited to welcome Willo from Energy Works to the Hub for a special workshop all about self-regulation and EFT tapping.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping is a calming activity where children gently tap different points on their face and body while talking about how they're feeling. It can help children feel calmer, safer and make big emotions a little easier to manage.

This fun, interactive session will introduce children to simple techniques they can use at home, at school or whenever they need a moment to reset.

What a lovely way to spend a Thursday ❤️

Some of our Positivity Club children visited the residents at Westhaven Nursing Home for an afternoon of music, dancing and lots of smiles! 🎶💃

It was so lovely watching the children and residents spend time together, sharing songs, having a dance and simply enjoying each other’s company.

There’s something really special about bringing different generations together like this 🥰

A huge thank you to Westhaven for welcoming us — we had such a lovely time! 💛

🌈 What a gorgeous day at Wirral Pride! 🌈

We had such a lovely time celebrating Pride, meeting so many wonderful people and bringing a little bit of Positivity Club magic along with us! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

From rainbow goodies and colourful glasses to crafts, chats and plenty of smiles, our little space was full of colour, fun and positivity all day.

We’re incredibly proud to be part of a community where everyone deserves to feel welcome, accepted and free to be exactly who they are. 🏳️‍🌈

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, joined in with us or simply shared a smile. We had the BEST day! 🌈✨
