This is a great opportunity to discuss upcoming events and activities. Share any ideas, feedback or concerns as well as meet other families , friends and residents. Welcome new residents an relatives to Hazelgrove care home. Your thoughts and suggestions are important to us as well as working together to make our home the best it can be.

It was a wonderful way to enjoy the fresh air, get creative, and appreciate the simple beauty of nature .
