✨ Hey everyone, I hope you’ve all had a fantastic weekend! ✨

We’ve been busy celebrating Iylah’s birthday this weekend 🎉, so no healing will be sent this evening.

If you’d still like to connect with healing energy, I invite you to take a few quiet moments at 8:00pm. Simply place your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your solar plexus (the energy centre just above your belly button).

Close your eyes, take a gentle breath, and ask your angels to come close. You may wish to say:

“I invite my angels to draw near and surround me with love, healing, guidance, and peace.”🪽

Then simply sit in your own energy, allowing yourself to receive whatever is needed in that moment.

This morning I woke up feeling a little wobbly.

A million thoughts were running through my mind…

Should I do this?
Am I on the right path?
Are Spirit happy with the work I’m doing?
Will I achieve my goals?
Are my children happy?
Am I good enough?

All the doubts, fears, and questions seemed to arrive at once.

So I asked for a sign.

And I kid you not!!!

As I stood up to leave my healing room, a beautiful rainbow appeared outside my window and immediately caught my eye.

For me, that was a definite sign. 🌈✨

A reminder to keep moving forward.
A reminder to trust.
A reminder to believe in myself.

Then I heard these words:

“Whenever a big shift is about to happen, old feelings, fear, and doubt will arise. This is your Higher Self asking: Are you ready? Do you recognise these patterns? Will you act differently this time? Will you keep going?”

My answer?

YESSSS. Absolutely I will. 💜

Growth isn’t the absence of fear.
It’s choosing to keep going despite it.

So if you’ve been doubting yourself lately, maybe this is your reminder too…

Keep going.
Trust yourself.
The rainbow comes when the storm is passing. 🌈✨
