π Mobile Cervical Screening Unit β Coming to Kirklees
The mobile cervical screening unit is returning this summer, making it easier for eligible women and people with a cervix to access cervical screening closer to home.
Following the success of the pilot earlier this year, the mobile unit will be visiting locations across Kirklees between August and October, offering free drop-in appointments with no booking required.
Cervical screening takes just a few minutes and can help prevent cervical cancer by detecting HPV and changes to cervical cells early.
