Welcome to my new treatment space

It was a challenge moving in the heat wave but it was worth every sweaty minute as I’m now settled into my beautiful new treatment room on the first floor of Bridge House.

It’s so airy and spacious and I’ve had some wonderful feedback from clients so far.

I can’t wait to welcome you all to the new space and provide you with that chance to press pause on life and experience next level relaxation.

Exciting News🤩

I’m moving….. but not very far!

From Thursday 26th I’ll be based upstairs in Bridge house. I can’t wait to welcome you to my new treatment space. It’s a much bigger room and more peaceful up there. This means I can give you an even more tranquil and relaxing experience.

Here’s a few sneak peak photos. I’ll be spending the next week moving and putting my touches in the room to make it my own. I cannot wait to welcome you all.

Sunday Reset

It was a pleasure to host our first Sunday Reset together last night. Thank you to the lovely ladies who joined us for this special evening of relaxation and healing.

We all had posters made with QR codes so anyone walking past can just scan and go straight to the booking page.

Of course in true Bex fashion mine doesn’t work 😂

But for now it looks pretty and it has my contact details on. I will get round to printing another.

✨ Meet Your Therapists ✨

I’m excited to host the Sunday Reset alongside my wonderful friend Claire 💫

Claire specialises in Angelic Reiki and Crystal Healing, and she brings calmness to everything she does. She’s deeply passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves, release emotional blocks, and find balance through gentle yet powerful healing practices.

Our story... I first met Claire around 9 years ago when she came to me as a massage client. We instantly clicked over our shared love of crystals, Reiki and all things holistic ✨

Not long after we discovered we were both pregnant at the same time! We attended pregnancy yoga together, and by chance our sons were born just one day apart 💙

Since then, we’ve shared many special moments — baby classes, playdates, and plenty of much-needed mums’ nights out!

Our friendship has grown alongside our families, and now it feels very special to be able to work together, combining our passions for healing and holistic therapies.

We can’t wait to hold space for you at the Sunday Reset — a chance to press pause, reset, and nourish your mind, body, and soul 🌿

The Sunday Reset:

🌿 45 minutes of back and Indian head massage with Bex to ease tension within the body

🌿 45 minutes of Angelic reiki & energy balancing with crystals with Claire to soothe the nervous system
