Some other members enjoyed storytime and yoga in our beautiful gardens 🥰 and also helped to water and nurture the plants etc 🪴

Lots of fun and laughter whilst the weather has been warm, games with water, hook a duck, to keep everybody cool. . Also a nice cool foot spa. . Our walking group enjoyed visiting a local train station to do some train spotting 😍 and some members enjoy the sensory smell of flowers and plants at a local garden centre 🥰

Our members can be very competitive, and always enjoy having fish and chips out in the community or take part in baking sessions (banana scones) but they also enjoy being calm, and indulging in meditation techniques after their busy days at the centre! 😍😋😊
