Going barefoot can have its benefits.

Walking without shoes allows the muscles, joints and tendons in your feet to work naturally.
It may also help:

✔️ Improve foot strength
✔️ Support balance and proprioception
✔️ Give your feet a break from tight footwear
✔️ Reduce pressure on corns, calluses and bunions
