WOMEN’S & NON-BINARY ACRO IS…………………………………………………………………………………….…………………………………………………………………………………………such a special weekend, as captured in these photos from last years retreat. We get to stay in this beautiful converted church with rooms to suit different budgets. Co-teaching with and is a lot of fun and means we each give different perspectives and insights. And the food was out of this world!! Come join us for a wholesome weekend of Acro in the best company this coming May 8-11. Additionally I am running a retreat day on Feb 21st at the gorgeous Barcombe village hall just a short drive out of Brighton, surrounded by nature. There will be two different styles of yoga on offer as well as two creativity and art workshops led by . We also have the pleasure of catering a beautiful lunch for us. WOMEN’S & NON-BINARY ACRO RETREAT…………………………………………………………………………………….…………………………………………………………………………………………is returning this year running from 8-11 May which means we have an extra day for Acro, connecting with each other, yoga, Thai massage and eating delicious food! The venue is the incredible which is a gorgeous converted church in the Yorkshire countryside.
