Football on tonight so absolutely on the ball today with food prep!⚽️⚽️⚽️ 2 crustless quiches made, will freeze for another day.
Potato salad with spring onions , gherkins & my favourite ever mayo. ( serves 4+ so 2.75 swips a portion. Homemade tzatziki & beetroot hummus made previously & still fresh in air tight container. On the vine tomatoes with oregano.
1 x calcium choice of cheddar per quiche.

As I said in group this week, 1 week notice given that I am not cooking on Men’s final at Wimbledon! 😂

Back home from celebrating my 30 years service award at the SlimmingWorld Oscars at the ICC in Birmingham last night. A fabulous night celebrating all awards and can’ t believe nearly half my life helping members achieve their weight loss dreams! It’s bloody hard work losing weight but I promise you it’s the easiest way you’ll ever do it, eating real food. Thanks to you all for being part of my journey as your SlimmingWorld consultant 🥰🥰

Chinese chicken and chips tonight. It’s a powder that you marinate the chicken in, 2.5 swips per tbsp. Didn’t use all that for my portion but counting that to be on the safe side. Absolutely gorgeous!
