Since becoming a certified Crystal Healer and Angelic Reiki Master, I've noticed something...

I no longer see people as "too much," "too sensitive," or "too broken."

I see people carrying the weight of experiences they haven't always had the space to process with compassion.

I've learned that what we often judge in ourselves can sometimes be a sign that we've been doing our very best to cope, protect ourselves, and keep going.

That's why I believe healing doesn't begin with fixing yourself.

It begins with feeling safe enough to be seen, heard, and supported—exactly as you are.

Whether that's through quiet reflection, energy healing, or simply having someone hold space for you, healing starts with compassion, not criticism.
