Sometimes life simply asks us to slow down, breathe and trust that we’re exactly where we need to be.

My little Reiki Room. 🌿💗

A quiet little space away from the hustle and bustle, where you can take some time for yourself.

I love preparing the room before someone arrives — making it feel warm, peaceful and welcoming.

Every person who comes through my door brings something different, and every Reiki session is different too.

Sometimes we need relaxation.
Sometimes we need a little emotional space.
Sometimes we simply need someone to say, “It’s okay to take some time for yourself.”

Whatever brings you here, you’ll always be welcomed with kindness and without judgement. ❤️

One of the loveliest things about Reiki is hearing how people feel afterwards. ❤️

Clients have described feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, calmer, peaceful and sometimes simply… different.

And I think that’s why I never try to tell someone exactly what their Reiki experience should be.

Your experience is yours.

You might drift off.
You might feel warmth or tingling.
You might see colours or images.
You might simply enjoy having an hour where the world goes quiet.

There’s no right or wrong way to experience Reiki. 🌸

Just time to pause, breathe and be.
