Our residents enjoyed a fun and energising game of fit bingo with Dominique from Gym in Motion
Combining gentle exercise with everyone's favourite game of bingo. We moved, stretched, laughed and cheered each other on.
What a fantastic way to keep active, improve mobility and most importantly have fun!!!

Tuesday our residents enjoyed a refereshing wellbeing walk, taking in the fresh air, sights and conversation along the way.
These walks are a wonderful opportunity to support physical wellbeing, boost mood and enjoy the beauty of the coast we live on bringing smiles, connection and moments to cherish and of course an ice-cream 🍦☀️💚
