I’m so excited to share that bookings are now open for my Sacred Mala Workshop Experience.

Spend a peaceful day creating your own 108-bead crystal mala, learning the meaning behind each knot, enjoying a guided meditation, a delicious light lunch, and discovering the unique energy of the crystals you’ve chosen.

At the end of the day, I’ll also intuitively read your finished mala, helping you uncover the story it has to tell.

🤍 A day well spent…

Today my best friend came to visit, and instead of doing what we usually do (putting the world to rights over endless cups of tea ☕😂), we decided to get creative.

Out came the essential oils, beautiful salts, dried botanicals and crystals… and together we made our very first handmade bath salts.

There was lots of sniffing… a little bit of experimenting… plenty of laughter… and a few “Oooh, smell this!” moments. 🌿✨

Afterwards we escaped into the garden with more tea (of course!), sunshine, homemade biscuits and a chance to simply enjoy the afternoon.

Sometimes wellbeing isn’t found in a treatment room.
Sometimes it’s found in creating something beautiful with someone who fills your cup.

Days like today are good for the soul. 💛

Last weekend this room was filled with laughter, creativity and crystals as we celebrated a special Crystal Wedding Anniversary with a private Mala Workshop. 💜

Today… it’s quietly transformed back into my therapy room, ready to welcome this evening’s client.

I always love this moment.

One space.
Many different ways to support wellbeing.

Whether it’s creating a meaningful crystal mala, enjoying a relaxing Reiki treatment, exploring clinical aromatherapy, or simply taking an hour to breathe, this room has become a place where people can pause from the busyness of life.

Tonight, the blankets are folded, the oils are ready, and the room is waiting… 🌿✨

Some celebrations deserve something a little different… ✨

Today I’ve been rearranging my therapy room, ready to welcome a lovely couple for a private Crystal Mala Workshop.

They’re celebrating their 15th wedding anniversary—the Crystal Anniversary—and I can’t think of a more meaningful way to mark the occasion than slowing down together, choosing crystals that speak to them, and hand-knotting a mala filled with intention and memories.

Every bead tells a story.
Every knot becomes a moment of mindfulness.
And by the end of the day, they’ll each leave with something far more precious than a gift… a keepsake they’ve created together.

Sometimes the best celebrations aren’t the grandest.
They’re the ones where we simply make time for each other. 💜

Private workshops are available for couples, friends and small groups, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to spend quality time together.

Sometimes the best-laid plans have to be put on hold… ❤️🐾

Today has turned into a quiet day, all because this little chap decided to catch his dew claw on our morning walk.

A trip to the vets later, one removed dew claw, a rather fetching bright green bandage, and now we’re under strict instructions to rest for a few days.

Even his favourite pastime of rolling around in the grass has proved a little too much today, so we’ll be taking life very gently.

This evening, he’ll be having a little Animal Reiki session to help him relax and support his recovery. One of the many reasons I love what I do. 🥰❤️

Wishing my little sidekick a speedy recovery. I think he’ll be back chasing squirrels before too long… even if he doesn’t agree right now! 💚🐾

I ran out of my face cream this week… so I did what I love most.

I created a fresh, bespoke blend just for my own skin.

One of the things I love about clinical aromatherapy is that no two blends need to be the same. Every ingredient is chosen with intention and tailored to what the skin needs.

Even as a therapist, I believe self-care starts with looking after ourselves.

Today marks a very special milestone for Relax Re-Energise Revive…

My handmade crystal jewellery is now available in Trove Emporium, Bournemouth! 💙

Seeing everything beautifully displayed and ready for its new home has made me smile all day. Every bracelet and necklace has been designed and handmade with care, and I can’t wait for them to find their new owners.

If you’re local to Bournemouth (or visiting over the summer), I’d love you to pop in and have a browse.

In just 2 days these beautiful pieces will be heading to Bournemouth and taking their place inside Trove Emporium.

Every bracelet has been made, knotted and finished by hand, and each crystal combination has been chosen with care and intention.

It’s amazing to think that something created in my Peterborough workroom will soon be finding new homes on the south coast.

This Saturday I’ll be taking Relax Re-Energise Revive to its newest home inside Trove Emporium in Bournemouth.

I’ve been busy planning displays, choosing jewellery collections and making sure everything is ready for the journey south.
