Hello everyone, I'm back! I'm feeling very grateful to have had a truly amazing holiday in Yorkshire with Sandra Hobin & family. It's been beautiful everyday, rolling hills, tucked away villages, adventures & lots of laughter ☺️🫶

I'm feeling refreshed & excited to get back to our yoga sessions 😃 Can't wait to yoga with you soon 💛

Hello everyone.

Apologies but next Tuesday's classes (14th) will have to be canceled.

My plan was to drive back from Yorkshire for the class & then drive back to rejoin my family for the rest of the week. However I'm way deeper into Yorkshire than I realised & it doesn't make much sense thinking about it now, especially in the heat!

So wishing you all a good week, I hope you're all coping ok 💛 & keeping cool, & I'll see you back for the 21st 🥰 10.30am in Crosby or 1pm in Waterloo.

Here's how to find out Waterloo Chair Yoga class...

Drive / walk up Milton Road, Waterloo (by the side of Tesco express). Go through the gate & the entrance to the parish hall is on your left. Car parking is available ☺️
