✨️ What a joy to reconnect with this gorgeous soul! ✨

The last time I saw this beautiful lady was 3 years ago, when we spent two wonderful days together in the cosy cabin for her Reiki Level 2 Okuden training. 🥰

Not long after, she jetted off to Oz to begin an exciting new chapter and although I’ve been following her journey from afar (and been in awe of all the amazing places she’s visited!), I was over the moon to finally see her in the flesh again today! I have to say, I felt very honoured to make it onto her busy list of people to see while she’s home. 💗

We spent time chatting, giggling and catching up on everything that’s happened over the past 3 years. Then it was time for her to relax and receive a beautiful Reiki healing session combined with some soothing sound vibrations. 🔔

It was so lovely to reconnect! Some connections really do pick up exactly where they left off. ❤️

Thank you for choosing to spend some precious time with me while you’re home. It was an absolute pleasure to see you again and I hope your Reiki and sound session left you feeling peaceful, grounded and recharged. ✨

What a fabulous day at the Buxton Health & Healing Festival at the stunning Buxton Pavilion Gardens! ✨

Such a wonderful atmosphere with lots of amazing exhibitors, therapists and independent traders sharing their passion for health, healing and wellbeing. 🔮💎

I also got to spend the day in the company of these 3 beautiful souls! 🥰. We shopped, laughed, shared experiences and enjoyed a fascinating talk about connecting with the spiritual realm, followed by a mediumship demonstration. 💫

And, I couldn’t resist treating myself to a lovely reflexology treatment too! 👣 Sometimes we all need to pause, relax and receive a little wellbeing ourselves.

A day filled with connection, laughter, learning, relaxation and a little bit of magic. ✨💜

✨ What a magical evening! ✨

Yesterday evening, I had the pleasure of holding an outdoor sound bath at Temple Street Community Garden in Padfield, as part of their wonderful Summer of Fun Events, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. 💚

42 beautiful people joined us in the most gorgeous setting, bathed in the most beautiful sunshine. ☀️🌿

We all slowed down and connected with the world around us, feeling the warmth of the sun on our skin, noticing the gentle breeze, connecting with the vastness of the sky above us and feeling how Mother Earth held and supported us. 🌎✨

There was something truly magical about sharing the healing sounds and the peacefulness of the garden in such a beautiful natural setting. A moment to simply be, to let go and to reconnect with ourselves and nature. 💫

A huge thank you to Padfield Community Spaces for inviting me to be part of this wonderful event. 💚

And of course, a massive thank you to all 42 fabulous people who came along and shared the evening with us. Your presence made it so special. 🥰

And finally, I must say a huge thank you to Martin — not only for being my wonderful roadie and helping me get everything there, but this time for actually joining in the sound bath too! 🥹💚 Having him there experiencing it with me made the evening extra special.

I always love facilitating sound bath events but my heart is very full after this one! 💚

✨️OUTDOOR SOUND BATH✨️

Thursday 13th August. Arrive from 6.15pm. Sound Bath will start promptly at 6.30pm till 7.30pm....(if you arrive late, just slip in quietly 🤫)

Padfield Community Spaces, Temple Street, Padfield. On street parking will be limited. Walk or travel together where possible.

You're all invited and it's free of charge! You just need to bring your own mat or camping chair and anything else you need for your own comfort. And bring a bottle of water.

If you don't have anything, then reach out and I can lend you something to use.....

Please note this sound bath takes place on a green space, there are no toilet or other facilities!!

Not suitable in the 1st trimester of pregnancy or for anyone with a pacemaker. Any questions, just message me...

We’ll be spending the two days in my lovely, cosy cabin, where you’ll be joining a lovely lady for a small, intimate training group. 💕

Keeping the groups small means I can offer plenty of individual attention, support and space for you to deepen your Reiki practice.

Reiki Level 2, Okuden, is a beautiful next step in your Reiki journey — deepening your connection with Reiki, introducing the sacred symbols and exploring how to work with Reiki on a deeper level, including distance healing.

✨ A New Beginning… already feeling very special ✨

When I recently shared a post about changing the way I offer my Sound Baths, I honestly didn’t know quite how this new chapter would unfold…

Well, this evening I held my first regular Sound Bath for Two in the Cosy Cabin, and it was a beautiful. 🥰

Two gorgeous souls joined me this evening. They loved the new luxurious zero-gravity chairs, and both felt that being in the cosy cabin made the experience feel stronger, more intimate and relaxing. ✨

And what made this evening even more special is that these two beautiful souls are already big supporters of my little business and embrace a Sound Bath with me every month. ❤️

To have them choose to continue this journey with me, and to be the first to experience this new way of doing things was extra special!

This evening was a beautiful reminder that when one door closes, it really does make space for a new beginning.

I may have said goodbye to Sound Bath Events at other venues, but my little Cosy Cabin is already proving to be the perfect space for something more personal, peaceful and intimate.

No steep stairs....
No carrying all my equipment around....
No hard floors to lie on....
No getting up and down....

Just two people, luxurious chairs, beautiful sounds, a cosy space, birds singing, wind chimes ... and time to simply be....🥰

I feel very blessed, very grateful and very excited for what’s to come. Here’s to this new chapter, many more beautiful Sound Baths for Two, and continuing to do what I love .... creating little pockets of peace and wellbeing for others. ✨

When the Universe keeps placing something on your heart, eventually you learn to trust the calling. ✨

Tomorrow, I'll be stepping away from the noise of everyday life and spending two beautiful days off-grid, surrounded by nature, healing energy, and like-minded souls.

This journey has been calling for a couple of years. But, I let self-doubt convince me it wasn't the right time. But this year, the whispers became louder, the signs became clearer, and I knew it was finally time to say yes.

I truly believe we are always being guided exactly where we need to be, even if we don't always understand why in the moment. Sometimes, all we have to do is trust, surrender, and allow ourselves to receive.

I'm keeping the details under wraps for now, but I can't wait to share this experience with you when I return. I have a feeling these next two days will be something very special, and I'm excited to see what unfolds.

Until then, I'm embracing stillness, connection, and whatever the Universe has in store. 💚
