Hear me out ... You'll be healthier physically and mentally when you stop pursuing a smaller body.
So many women change their lifestyles in the pursuit of weight loss.
They start eating healthier, start strength training, start walking more daily.ย
Then they don't see the physical change they expect in the form of weight loss, and they GIVE UP.
They give up on all the lifestyle changes they had made that were ๐๐๐ฉ๐ช๐๐ก๐ก๐ฎ ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐ข ๐๐๐๐ก๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ง because they didn't get a smaller body in return.
It's so sad to see.
Focus on healthful behaviours and you'll be healthy.
